With a wealth of facilities, there has never been a more exciting time to study here. Students have access to state of the art technology, rich in WiFi enabled ICT both in the classroom and beyond.

We understand that facilities for independent study are high on the list of expectations for most Post 16 students and the MLT provides learners with dedicated Sixth Form spaces, housed in the heart of the Academy, so whatever your learning style, there is something for you.

Students have Post 16 study areas within Block 7 and "The Street" provides another large space for students to work. At lunchtimes the Sixth Form students have a dedicated canteen service which offers an assortment of sandwiches, fruit and cakes. For a more extensive menu and hot food, students can use the main school canteen and bistro.

Facilities for sport and leisure provide students with a magnificent package of learning and leisure spaces. Students have access to a gym free of charge which is available at times published by the PE department and are able to use these after completing a short induction. Sixth Form only sports clubs are also on offer in our extensive facilities which include a Sports Hall, Dance studio, outdoor courts, 3G pitch and playing fields.
